Meet Doctor Sunder
Dr. Sunder has devoted his life to helping others build peace, joy, fulfillment and peak performance on the foundation of physical and mental health. Through 20 years of medical experience, he has realized that the best way to optimize the mind and body is a multi-pronged approach. This led to the creation of the Brain Tune Sunder Method, which combines cutting-edge science with ancient Eastern wellness techniques for brain optimization. Through mindfulness meditation, targeted brain training, and nutraceutical-grade supplementation, Dr. Sunder helps his clients to elevate brain performance, find inner peace, and fulfill their utmost potential.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Keerthy Sunder, M.D. holds Diplomates from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London. Born in India, his idyllic early childhood in the beautiful Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan had a profound influence on his philosophy and career path, including his deep desire to integrate the mind, body, and soul in all of his endeavors.
Dr. Sunder is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, a Member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, a Board Member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), San Jacinto, and an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Addiction Therapy and Research.
